1	.	How do I start to make my wishes?
		You are now ready to become a Little Dreamer. Simply follow the steps below in becoming part of the big family to make your wishes online! With our one and only exclusive insurance policy, online shopping is more secure and comfortable than you can ever imagine! (READ more details at point 6) Making a wish online at Little Dreamer is easier than you expect! Simply follow the steps below to make your first wish and it can be so much fun!
		a) Click here to register as a Little Dreamer! and wait for our confirmation email with password to complete registration. b) You will be immediately granted with the ability to make your wish come true at 5% less all wish values at our site. (In other words, you will enjoy a 5% discount off all future purchases.) You will also be given 300 welcome spell points. Accumulate these spell points to upgrade your Little Dreamer level to enjoy more discounts and benefits!
2	.	How do I make my wish?
		To make a wish online, simply browse Little Dreamer Inc. for the wish items you will like to purchase. For every wish item, there is a wish value. You can make your wish come true by fulfilling the wish value. (E.g if you wish for a blouse which has a wish value of $20.00, you can get your wish come true once you can fulfill the $20.00!) It's that simple!
		For every wish made, you will receive designated spell points.These spell points allows Little Dreamer to upgrade itself to a higher level in order to make wishes at lesser efforts! In other words, the higher level your Little Dreamer is, your wish will come true easier!
3	.	What happened when I have made my wish?
		A notification email will be sent to you to confirm that we have received your order request (normally not later than 48 hours). It is not a confirmation of sales order. A wish (stocks) confirmation email will be sent after 2-3 days with wish (stocks) availability, estimated delivery date and payment details. Only make payment at this point of time via inter bank transfer. Send a reply to the wish (stock) confirmation email within the next 48 hours to confirm order and to make FULL payment through internet banking to our bank account. Any cancellation of order after which is not refundable. A sales order confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm order. A delivery notification email will be sent once item(s) is posted out to the delivery address upon receiving of payment. Little Dreamer Inc understands the need for fast delivery and we appreciate every Little Dreamer to respond to our email promptly so that the whole ordering process can be expedited and goods can be delivered within 3-5 working days after payment date.
		* Delivery lead time is targeted at around 2-5 days after payment recieve date. unless unforeseen circumstances arises from suppliers.
4	.	How should I make payment to Little Dreamer Inc?
		Little Dreamer Inc only accepts payment through bank transfer and no other means. Please apply for one if you do not have a bank account.

		Little Dreamer Inc pays for all your delivery charges. This means free delivery for regardless how many pieces of items ! Isn't this great ?
6	.	What happens if I cannot fit in the blouse which I buy?
		Dreamer Insurance/Exchange policy Little Dreamer Inc understands the risk of having unfitting online products (especially apparels, shoes, etc). While other online stores do not support exchange/refund for wrong sizes, Little Dreamer Inc is pleased to offer protection for our members. You are able to enjoy these priviledges if the below situations arise by paying per-item-insurance fee (only at SGD $1.00)   - YOU DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT AFTER DELIVERY AND WOULD LIKE TO ASK FOR REFUND     Solution: IF item is insured, you can make an insurance claim immediately and send the item back to us within 5 days. Once certified item is in good condition, we will refund 60% of the selling price to you back to your bank account. However, If item is not insured in the first place, there will be no refund/exchange.     - YOU CAN NOT PUT ON THE ITEM BECAUSE OF WRONG SIZE     Solution: IF item is insured, you can make an insurance claim immediately and send the item back to us within 5 days. Once certified item is in good condition, we will proceed to process the exchange. Subjected to stocks availability. If there is a halt of production for that item, you are allowed to exchange for another item which value is higher than the current. However, If item is not insured in the first place, there will be no refund/exchange.   However, this insurance DOES NOT cover damaged products as Little Dreamer Inc will check through product before delivery.     To report an insurance claim,   i) Email to info@littledreamerinc.com within 24 hours after product receival ii) Include the details of products together with your Little Dreamer ID and unique code and transaction number iii) State REASON for claim.     Little Dreamer Inc's management will decide on the validity of your reason(s). If insurance is approved, further instructions will be sent to you via email. INVALID reason(s) will not be considered for insurance claim. During the period of time when the item is being insuranced (5 days), if any parts of the item(s) is/are removed, washed,altered, modified, repaired, dismantled or tempered and adjusted in any way, insurance claim will immediately cease to valid.
